The Blue Mustang

How the shop runs
Usually one car a day.
Caleb books about one vehicle per day, so nothing gets rushed to make room for the next one.
You deal with the person doing the work.
No front desk and no crew you never meet. The person who quotes your vehicle is the person who details it.
Straight answers first.
If a scratch won’t come out or a stain is permanent, you hear that before any work starts, not at pickup.
Indoors, every time.
Your vehicle is worked on inside the shop on Calapooia Street, out of the rain, pollen and dust.
Detailing only.
No paint protection film and no window tint. Just cleaning, paint correction and coatings, done properly.

So i stopped by one day to get a quote. Then Caleb said how's the 19th sound. I was impressed with how quickly Caleb was able to get my car in. I thought it would be several weeks but he got me in the next week. He also told me he was going to need my car all day. I was like i dont know if i can do that i have an appt that morning of the 19th. I was able to get a rided that morning.
We live on a ranch with dirt roads. So My car was covered with dust and dirt inside and out. All the places you can't easily get to, he got them. I wish i would of taken a picture of my car before. It felt so good driving my clean car. Totally amazing. I love my car again.My car went into shock. It hasn't looked this good since the day i drove it off the car lot Feb 2017. My family has used Pierce Auto Detailing 3 times and truly can’t say enough about the exceptional quality of service Caleb gives. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is as perfect as it can be. My car is 8 years old and was in need of a complete cleaning after a cold, rainy and dirty Oregon winter!! I own a 2001 Mercury Mountaineer ( black with a gold sports package) with a lot of swirl marks,scratches and the paint was fading. Caleb did an outstanding job on my suv. It hasn’t looked this good in years. I would highly recommend Caleb to do anything you need to make your vehicle look great
