These terms cover your use of pierceautodetailing.com, the website of Pierce Auto Detailing LLC, doing business as Pierce Auto Detailing (“we” or “us”). They’re about the website, not a contract for detailing work: the details of any job are agreed directly with Caleb Pierce when you book. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Using the site
Use the site for its intended purpose: learning about the shop and getting in touch. Please don’t send false information or spam through the quote form, or try to disrupt or break into the site.
Quotes, pricing and availability
Services, availability and any pricing shown on the site can change without notice. A quote is an estimate until Caleb Pierce has seen your vehicle in person, because size and condition change the work involved. We try to keep everything on the site accurate, but mistakes can happen and we may correct them at any time.
Photos and reviews
Before and after photos and gallery photos show real past work from the shop. Every vehicle is different, so your results will depend on its condition, age and paint. Reviews shown on the site are copied word for word from Google, spelling included, and are the reviewers’ own opinions.
Calls, texts and email
When you send the quote form, you agree that Pierce Auto Detailing may contact you by call, text message or email about your request. Message frequency varies with your request (usually a few messages to quote and schedule your job). Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call (541) 580-4873. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Our content
The text, logo, design and photos on this site belong to Pierce Auto Detailing LLC or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to and embeds services we don’t control, including Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren’t responsible for their content.
Disclaimer
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pierce Auto Detailing LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using this website. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Oregon law that can’t be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
