Dark-blue classic Mustang with deep, reflective paint and polished wheels

Paint Correction for Swirls and Scratches

Machine polishing that removes swirls, haze and light scratches instead of hiding them.

Swirl marks are the spiderweb scratches you see in direct sun. They come from dirty wash mitts, drive-through washes and dry wiping, and no wax will remove them. Paint correction uses machine polishers and graded compounds to level the clear coat so light reflects cleanly again. That’s where real depth and gloss come from.

What’s included

  • Full wash and decontamination
  • Paint depth readings on every panel before polishing
  • Test spot to find the least aggressive combo that works
  • One-step enhancement or multi-step correction, based on your goals
  • Oxidation removal on faded single-stage and older finishes
  • Panel wipe to reveal the true finish (no filler oils)
  • Roll straight into a ceramic coating to lock it in

What customers say

I own a 2001 Mercury Mountaineer ( black with a gold sports package) with a lot of swirl marks, scratches and the paint was fading. Caleb did an outstanding job on my suv. It hasn’t looked this good in years. I would highly recommend Caleb to do anything you need to make your vehicle look great

Common questions

Can every scratch be polished out?

If you can catch a fingernail in it, it’s usually through the clear coat and can only be improved, not erased. We’ll show you what’s realistic during the test spot before any work begins.

Is paint correction safe for my clear coat?

Yes, when it’s measured. We take paint depth readings and use the least aggressive approach that gets the result, so we only remove what’s necessary.
